Girls Recreational Gymnastics | Levels 1–3

Ages 5–13

Our Girls Recreational Gymnastics program provides a structured path for gymnasts to build skills, confidence, and strength as they progress through Levels 1–3. Following USA Gymnastics (USAG) skill progression, athletes develop proper form and technique on vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor—all within a positive, non-competitive environment.

Our unique lesson plans and learning stations give gymnasts frequent opportunities to experience achievement as they practice, master, and build upon new skills. Progress is continually tracked, with regular pass-off weeks that allow coaches to recognize accomplishments and determine when each gymnast is ready to advance.

Level 1: 60 minutes, once per week

Levels 2 & 3: 90 minutes, once per week

Classes meet weekly throughout the month.

Level 1 introduces foundational skills, while Levels 2 and 3 progressively build strength, flexibility, technique, and more advanced skills. Placement in Levels 2 and 3 requires coach approval or a skill placement assessment to ensure each gymnast is learning at the level best suited to her abilities.

At Zenith, progression isn't about competition—it's about giving every gymnast something to work toward, achieve, and feel proud of.

Please contact the office for a full skills list or to schedule a placement assessment.

Preschool Gymnastics

Boys & Girls | Ages 1–4

Our Preschool Gymnastics program introduces young children to the joy of movement while developing coordination, balance, strength, body awareness, and confidence through age-appropriate gymnastics.

Our unique themed lesson plans and learning stations keep little gymnasts moving, exploring, and experiencing success. Children practice foundational movements on vault, bars, beam, and floor while building important skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and celebrating individual achievements.

Parent & Tot | Ages 1–2: 60 minutes, once per week. A parent or caregiver participates alongside their child, providing support and encouragement as they explore gymnastics together.

Preschool | Ages 3–4: 60 minutes, once per week. Children participate independently with their coaches, building confidence and preparing for the next stage of gymnastics.

Classes meet weekly throughout the month, with lesson plans designed to make learning feel like play while giving every child an opportunity to grow, achieve, and have fun.

Please contact the office for a full skills list or to schedule a placement assessment.

Core Values

Mind-Body Connection - Movement strengthens both body and brain. Gymnastics builds coordination, spatial awareness, focus, and memory while helping children develop a strong connection between how they think and move.

Joyful Strength - Through playful movement, children build strength, flexibility, balance, and healthy bones—creating a strong foundation for active, confident movement throughout life.

Playful-Resilience - In our non-competitive environment, challenges become opportunities to grow. Children develop perseverance, focus, confidence, and the courage to keep trying.

Total Well-Being - Movement supports happier, healthier kids. We create a positive, supportive environment where children can relieve stress, build self-confidence, and develop respect for themselves and others.

About the Founder

Welcome to Zenith Gymnastics

Hello, I’m Andrea, one of the founders of Zenith Gymnastics. I’ve been in love with gymnastics since I first stepped into a gym at age 7, and that passion has guided every chapter of my life. I competed at the highest levels throughout my teenage years, coached since the age of 17, and today, over 20 years later, I remain as committed as ever to sharing the incredible gifts this sport offers children.

In 2008, I founded Jump Up Gymnastics in Lehi, Utah. My goal was simple: create a fun, welcoming, and affordable environment where gymnasts of all ages could experience the joy of movement and the pride of personal achievement. For over a decade, I had the privilege of watching hundreds of children grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient in that space. In 2021, I left the gymnastics business to complete my degree, but I quickly realized something was missing: the daily energy of being with the students and guiding them through the art of gymnastics.

That’s why my husband Ryan and I are thrilled to open Zenith Gymnastics, a smaller, more intimate recreation-focused gym built around the same heart and values that have always driven my coaching.
